I love teaching scripture through music. Over the past twelve years, we have memorized some songs that really get in my head, and some make me want to scream! However, when I found Songs for Saplings, I was so excited. These songs are really good and packed full of scripture. The first albums are actually questions and answers, including the verse.
"Are there more Gods than one? No...there is only one true God." etc.
The best thing about these albums (other than the fact that the music is really good and high quality) is that they are available for free! They ask for a donation of any amount that you feel comfortable giving, and you will most likely want to give after you hear how good they are. Spreading the Word of God through music is their main objective.
They use these songs all over the world for missions, and this ministry is partially funded by the donations of those downloading the music. They even sent me a very nice letter thanking me for supporting their ministry and telling me more about it.
I hope your families enjoy these!
Blessings, Lana.
